Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all accessories and manuals

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping is free of charge.

For withdrawals without reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with EU law.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
